Other reminders to set you up for a great workout experience:
👟Indoor sneakers only: The floor is our most important piece of equipment, help keep your push-ups/planks/sit-ups etc *clean*! 🧽
💦Hydrate: Don’t forget your water! (If you do, we’ve got back up😉)
✨Respect the space: Put equipment back (weights in pairs, etc..) and wipe down after use.
🙏🏼Listen to your body: Push hard, but know your limits - form and safety first.
👯Community matters: Cheer each other on — your energy helps make the class better.
Arrive on time: Classes start promptly so you get the full warm-up and best experience. (But we get life happens so just give a heads up if you're running late and we’ll take care of you😘.)

Cancellation policy reminder:
Each workout is planned around who’s signed up, so last-minute cancellations impact the whole group. We’re testing a TWO hour cancellation policy in order to make booking ahead worry free.
After that, Unlimited Members will be charged a $10 "accountability fee" (think of it as contributing to the equipment fund!) and Class Pass holders will forfeit the class.
Everyone is entitled to one courtesy late cancel with no penalty.
