Other reminders to set you up for a great workout experience:

Arrive on time: Classes start promptly so you get the full warm-up and don’t disrupt others. (Just give a heads up if you're running late so we can take care of you.)

Indoor sneakers only: The floor is our most important piece of equipment, help keep your push-ups/planks etc *clean*! 🧽

Hydrate: Don’t forget your water! (If you do, we’ve got back up😉)

Respect the space: Put equipment back (weights in pairs, etc..) and wipe down after use.

Listen to your body: Push hard, but know your limits — form and safety first.

Community matters: Cheer each other on — your energy helps make the class better.

Cancellation policy reminder:

Each workout is planned around who’s signed up, so last-minute cancellations impact the whole group. You can cancel up to 4 hours ahead without penalty. After that, Unlimited Members will be charged a $10 "accountability fee" (think of it as contributing to the equipment fund!) and Class Pass holders will forfeit the class.

Everyone is entitled to one courtesy late cancel with no penalty.
