What is a ‘community led’ class?
A session leader will be present to keep things running smoothly and offer support if needed. (Your coach has trained this person on setting the space, and demonstrating moves. A coach may be present virtually to help.)
This session is designed to keep your momentum strong when your coach can’t be physically present with you.
This strength-only session is designed for you to practice familiar movements in a simple, straightforward format.
It’s all about practicing what you know best — maintaining your rhythm and routine, and staying consistent in the community and space you love.
If you need movement modifications, reach out to your coach (Liana) ahead of time for a customized plan to guide you through the session.
