What is a ‘coach-in-training’ led class?
Enjoy the same premium coached workout experience you know and expect, led by one of our newest coaches in training. This strength-focused class follows the same thoughtful programming, coaching standards, and supportive environment as all of our classes, with our newest coach continuing to develop their skills. Expect intentional strength work, movement guidance, and individualized attention while helping support the growth of our coaching team.
