Dads & Donuts 🍩💪

Celebrate Father’s Day with a workout designed for dads and their little sidekicks. This special Dads & Donuts session combines movement, teamwork, and plenty of fun, giving you a chance to be active while creating memories together.

Expect a mix of simple strength exercises, playful fitness stations, relay-style activities, and partner movements that let kids join in on the action. They’ll have opportunities to “work out” alongside Dad, and in some cases, they might even become part of the workout themselves!

Our goal is to create a welcoming, energetic environment where dads, grandfathers, father figures, and kids can move, laugh, and connect. No fitness experience required, just come ready to have fun. You can also join the fun with or without kids!

We’ll be active for approximately 30–35 minutes, then stick around for protein filled treats, refreshments, and some time to hang out with our amazing community.

Weather permitting, portions of the class may take place on the lawn outside the studio.

All ages, father figures, and fitness levels welcome. 💙
